NAMI MISSOULA GROUP SCHEDULE, FALL/WINTER 2018
FINDING YOUR GROOVE: Wednesday afternoons (1 p.m. to 2 p.m.) at 202 Brooks, Room 208. This group is open to adults with mental health issues; it focuses on life skills such as goal-setting, decision-making, time management, coping with stress, communication, etc.
NAMI CRAFTS: Wednesday afternoons from 2:00 to 3:30 at 202 Brooks, Room 210. This group is open to adults living with mental health issues and interested in drawing, painting, bead work, decorating, and other craft activities.
NAMI WEEKLY MEETING: Thursday mornings from 10 to noon in Room 103 at the Providence Center, 902 N. Orange. This is an open group for anyone affected by mental illness or interested in learning about NAMI.
NAMI CONNECTION: Thursday afternoons from 1:30 to 3:00 at 202 Brooks, Room 212. This group is for adults living with mental illness. This group is on hiatus until mid-December.
NAMI FAMILY SUPPORT & EDUCATION is held Thursday evenings from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at 202 Brooks, Room 208. This is for relatives, friends, and caregivers of individuals living with mental illness. NO MEETING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 22. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
